Mendle — SMS Terms, Privacy & Consent
SMS / Mobile Messaging Program
Mendle uses SMS messaging solely for account authentication and
security. When you enter your mobile number and request a code during
sign-up or login, Mendle sends you a one-time verification code (OTP).
These are transactional messages only — Mendle does not send
marketing or promotional SMS.
- Message frequency varies based on your account and login activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email privacy@mendle.ai.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
How End Users Consent (Opt-In)
End users opt in inside the Mendle app during sign-up and login. On the
phone-number entry screen, the user enters their mobile number and taps
"Complete Setup" to request a one-time verification code. The
screen displays the following disclosure before consent is given: "By
tapping 'Complete Setup', you agree to receive a one-time verification
code via SMS from Mendle for account verification. Message frequency
depends on your login activity. Message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
SMS Data Sharing Restriction
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or
distribute your mobile phone number for advertising purposes. No mobile
opt-in data is shared with any third parties.
Privacy Policy
Mendle may collect your mobile phone number to provide account-related
communications, including one-time passwords (OTP), login verification
codes, and security alerts. By providing your mobile number, you consent
to receive SMS messages from Mendle related to your account and use of
